As a small business specializing in custom holsters, I encourage you to contact me immediately with any concerns about your purchase. Often, I can fix, replace, or repair any holster without needing to issue a refund. However, I understand that not every holster suits everyone. While I strive to create the best holster for your specific setup, sometimes a return and refund is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with your holster and do not wish to explore alternative solutions, you may return it within 2 weeks of the original shipping date for a full refund. *Excluding Special Order Items
Please Note: Special Order Items are Non-Refundable
Special Order Items include custom-built holsters designed for guns with rail-mounted lights or lasers. Incorrectly ordered rail-mounted lights and lasers are also non-refundable. Exchanges for incorrectly ordered Special Order Items are not accepted, and a new holster must be ordered.
If you ordered the wrong holster and would like to place a new order for the correct setup, I will do my best to expedite the process, but the standard lead time will apply. This means that if you order the wrong light or laser for your special order custom-built holster, you will have to wait a few weeks for the replacement after a new order is made.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. I recommend sending all returned items via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Again, please contact me before returning any item to discuss possible solutions.
