I am proudly offering The Jake Belt, named after my grandson and right-hand helper in the shop, Jake. This belt stands out as one of the finest handmade concealed carry gun belts made in the USA.
Designed to enhance the best holster, The Jake Belt is 1.5 inches wide and crafted from two layers of top grain Herman Oak Leather. These layers are glued and stitched with heavy nylon thread for added durability, secured with Chicago screws and a heavy-duty roller buckle, resulting in a belt nearly ¼” thick. The Jake Belt provides superior support for your holster while maintaining the flexibility needed for a lifetime of comfortable and rugged usability, looking great with any business attire. You can remove the roller buckle to add a custom buckle. Contact me for custom width options. The Jake Belt features 7 holes for adjustment, accommodating weight fluctuations or non-carrying days. Its 1.5″ width fits all my holsters and belt clips perfectly, whether carrying IWB or OWB.
To ensure a proper fit, do not order a belt based on your waist size. Instead, measure a belt that fits you from the turnback end (where the leather folds over the buckle) to the hole you use. This measurement will be the size belt that you order, and will be the center hole on the Jake Belt. If you are not currently carrying a holster inside the waistline with the belt you are measuring, add 2 inches to account for the gun and holster.
For an easy sizing method, add 4″ to your pant size. For example, if you wear size 36 pants, order a size 40 gun belt. The Jake Belt’s measurement will be to the center hole, and it comes with 7 holes for size adjustment.
Belts returned for exchange due to sizing errors will incur a $10.00 exchange fee. If you are not satisfied with the belt, return it within the first 2 weeks for a full refund. Our Jake Belts come with a one-year warranty against manufacturer defects.

Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original method of purchase. I recommend that all returned items be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the US Postal Service. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns. I0 year review.. I purchased a hybrid holster and jake belt for my xdm 3.8 in 2013 this is by far the most comfortable and durable I’ve ever owned. Has been worn daily for a decade and the leather on my belt is starting to crack pretty bad and I’m going to be purchasing another.. No fault of the belt itself. I work in a very harsh environment and sweat profusely in the summer. The belt has been complely soaked in sweat yearly and has held up fantastic considering.. Still very useable Just time for a new one. Hands down Tommy has the best holsters and belts on the market..

Ordered 2 jake belts one in black and one in brown. I’ve never ordered handmade belts before so i wasn’t sure what to expect.
