Refunds will be given in the same manner as the original method of purchase. I recommend that all returned items be sent via insured, prepaid Regular US Mail. I just received a set of holsters for my P365 and P365 IWB mag holster. After thinking about it, this is the sixteenth set of Theis holsters my family has. Mr. Theis contacted me because the weapon light I purchased would need extra peices and parts to mount the light. Mr. Theis sent me a recommendation for a Viridian weapon light that would mount directly without any extra parts and peices. Mr. Theis took quite a bit of time helping me to make sure my set up functioned the way I needed a concealed carry holster to work. Drawing the pistol out of the holster activates the weapon light without me needing to push a button. What a great set up! I purchased the recommended light and the new holster is a perfect fit. I greatly appreciate the time and help Theis holsters spent making sure things went right on my order. I will be back for any holsters I will need in the future. Thank you Mr. Theis.

I searched everywhere for what I needed, I carry a Glock 20 with a Viridian C5 green dot Laser it might be an oddball combo being old-school Tommy said he had it, Took a chance, and was pleasantly surprised with the workmanship. now I will have to place an order for my Cz75 Sp01 Tactical, sometime early next year.

After 8 years of carrying a first gen Sig P320RX with a TLR 1 I recently switched my EDC loadout to a Glock 47 MOS with a HOLOSUN SCS MOS optic and I chose a Viridian CTL+ as my light. I was not finding any holster options for this set up so I contacted Viridian to ask if they had any suggestions. After speaking with Kent, he without hesitation told me to contact Mr. Theis. I emailed Tommy and quickly received a reply assuring me he could accommodate my new set-up. I ordered it just before Thanksgiving and he told me it would take some time because he’s a “one man operation” and he’d been getting a lot of orders. I told him I understood because I frequently work alone and I wanted him to take his time and enjoy the holiday season. Anyway I just received the holster and it’s perfect. Well worth waiting for. The fit is PRECISE. I’ve purchased a lot of holsters over the years for many different pistols and revolvers and have found some issue with most of them. Given the fact that the Glock 47 MOS, HOLOSUN and the CTL+ are new to the market I expected that there might be a fit issue. Negative. No criticism whatsoever. I highly recommend that you purchase your new holsters here even if you have a favorite brand. I also purchased a Springfield 1911 operator with an O-Light Valkyrie PL3 that I’m going to order a hybrid EZ clip IWB for. I generally don’t get excited about holsters but I’m really looking forward to the next one from Mr. Theis. After working in manufacturing and fabrication for many years I appreciate QUALITY and AMERICAN made products. Much respect Tommy! Thank you for taking pride in your work! You have my holster business from here forward. P.S. I will be purchasing a Jake Belt too.
